Air Suspension Kit for Dodge RAM 2500 (2014-2024)

The Air Lift LoadLifter Ultimate 5000 Plus Air Suspension Kit, part number 89289, is designed to be compatible with the following Dodge RAM 2500 and RAM 2500 models:

• 2014 to 2024

This suspension kit offers up to 5,000 pounds of load leveling capability and features an exclusive internal jounce bumper to absorb shock. It is important to note that this product is not compatible with vehicles equipped with factory air suspension.

To build the air spring assemblies, follow these steps:

1. Place a roll plate over the top of each air spring, ensuring the radiused (rounded) edge of the roll plate is facing the air spring.
2. Install the swivel fitting into the top of the air spring, tightening it finger-tight plus one and a half turns. Repeat for both air springs.
3. Position two air springs in front of you, with the joints facing you.
4. Insert a 3/8" carriage bolt through the upper air spring bracket's hole on the back side only.
5. Attach both brackets to the gas spring and secure them with 3/8" button head screws, tightening to no more than 20 lb-ft (27 Nm).
6. Install the large flat washer onto the lower bracket with a 3/8" hex-head bolt, 3/8" flat washer (M), and 3/8" nylon lock nut, then tighten securely.
7. Insert a 3/8" long body bolt into the square hole in the lower bracket.
8. Place a roll plate over the bottom of the air spring and install the lower brackets onto the air spring assembly, ensuring the large washer is forward of the axle once installed, using 3/8" flat head screws. Tighten to no more than 20 lb-ft (27 Nm).
